Established in 2009, TerraSole Ristorante is located in downtown Ridgefield, CT. This historic farmhouse-chic restaurant is created on the foundation of authentic Italian cuisine which features house made pasta, market fresh fish, dry-aged beef, seasonal produce, and imported specialty items.
The menu is complimented by an impressive wine program which offers over 200 bottles and 20 wines by the glass. Our 50-seat patio can be enjoyed during the warmer months and the intimate bar is a warm and friendly gathering place to enjoy craft cocktails, house made ‘cellos, or an espresso.

Whipped cream mixed with whipped ricotta served over a dab of zabaione cream. A sampler of four minis with a different end cap on each: amareno cherry, candied walnuts, pistachio and dusted chocolate.

What a treasure. It was such a surprise to go to this little tucked away gem of a restaurant with superior service and fantastic food. The interior made me feel like I was at a chic little place in the foothills of Italy. I loved the place. Highly recommended. Pricey but worth it.
This is a great local Italian restaurant. The menu changes frequently and represents regional Italian cuisine. It includes an exceedingly wide variety of exceedingly fresh seafood including lobster, shrimp, crab, local fish. The quality of seafood is unusual. I have had seafood risotto which included multiple varieties of seafood on several occasions. Tonight, I had their signature lasagna, my wife local black bass, served with fresh delicious vegetables. The large menu includes a wide selection of regional Italian specialties, creatively and deliciously presented. Staff id considerate, attentive and friendly. Although this is in the middle of Ridgefield, it feels like a local family-owned restaurant.. We have come here for dinner as a couple and to celebrate family events on many occasions. Service is prompt considerate and friendly. The wine list is excellent. Half bottles and single glasses are also available. This restaurant stands out in a region known for fine dining. Refined, upscale, yet relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant, welcoming greeting upon arrival. Excellent service and very attentive staff. Exceptional food and service. Great menu selection!
